Our Brendale showroom gives trade customers a hands-on look at every turf variety before specification or installation. Compare leaf texture, density and colour in person, then organise pickup or delivery directly from our farm.
Turf is supplied in slabs. A turf slab typically weighs between 15 and 20kg, depending on moisture levels and the variety, including both soil and turf.
Please note: One full pallet (50m²) weighs approximately 1000kg when dry, and significantly more when wet. Ensure your trailer or vehicle is rated for the weight you're picking up.
For pickup, we recommend a trailer larger than 6x4 or a flat tray ute to safely carry pallet weight. This helps you plan site access, labour allocation and transport safely.
What standards do you recommend for preparation?
Correct preparation is critical. We recommend:
Complete removal of existing turf and debris
Minimum 100mm suitable underlay
Proper drainage
Correct under-lawn fertiliser application
Installation within 24 hours of harvest
Failure to follow preparation and care guidance can affect long-term performance.
Do you offer credit terms for approved trade accounts?
Credit terms may be available for established trade customers following account approval and assessment. New accounts typically operate on upfront payment until trading history is established.
