1. Introduction

Welcome to GoTurf. We specialise in providing high-quality turf directly from our farm to your space. We offer a range of services including delivery, pick-up, and installation to meet your needs. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order.

2. Turf as a living plant

2.1 Quality issues
Turf is a living, perishable plant. As such, any concerns regarding the quality of the turf including, but not limited to, discolouration, patches, or dryness, must be reported within 8 hours of delivery. To lodge a complaint, please:

  • Take clear, high-resolution photos of the turf as evidence of the issue.
  • Contact our support team via email at info@goturf.com.au with the subject line "Quality issue".
  • Include your order number, contact information, and any relevant details about the issue in the email.

2.2 Assessment
Upon receiving your complaint, we will assess the issue based on the photographic evidence and details provided. We reserve the right to request additional information or photographs before making a final decision. If the complaint is justified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund of the affected turf as per our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy outlined below.

3. Warranty for LSA products

3.1 Coverage
Specific products, namely 'Sirwalter DNA Certified, TifTuf Hybrid Bermuda, Zoysia Australis and Sir Grange Zoysia' are covered under the Lawn Solutions Australia (LSA) 10-year warranty. This warranty is specific to these products and is subject to the terms and conditions provided by LSA.

3.2 LSA guarantee
The LSA guarantee provides assurance on the genetic purity of the turf and covers issues such as performance and durability for a period of 10 years from the date of installation, under normal conditions of use and proper maintenance. Please note: The LSA warranty is provided by Lawn Solutions Australia, and any claims under this warranty must be directed to LSA as specified in their warranty terms.

4. General conditions

4.1 Ordering and payment
Orders can be placed through our website or via telephone. Full payment must be received prior to the dispatch of goods. We accept payment via major credit cards and direct transfers with payment confirmation emailed to info@goturf.com.au

4.2 Delivery and installation
We offer delivery and installation services which are scheduled at the time of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the site is prepared for installation according to our site preparation guidelines.

4.3 Refund and cancellation policy
Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee if the order is cancelled after it has been dispatched from our farm. Refunds or exchanges for quality issues are assessed on a case-by-case basis, with considerations made based on our quality issues policy.

4.4 Liability
GoTurf shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our products or services.
