Turf must be installed within 24 hours of delivery, ideally as soon as it arrives. Our turf is harvested fresh to order, and any delay in installation increases the risk of heat stress, drying and pallet burn. Same-day installation gives your turf the best chance of establishing well and performing long-term.

Our delivery vehicles require clear, stable access for unloading pallets. Please ensure:

• Clear driveway access
• No overhead obstructions
• Firm ground for pallet placement
• A designated drop location confirmed prior to arrival

If you would like your turf dropped in a particular place, please let us know when placing your turf order. We'll always try our best to make it happen, as long as it's safe and accessible. If access is restricted, please advise our team during scheduling to prevent delivery delays.

Delivery runs are scheduled by zone and route efficiency. While specific delivery days are confirmed, exact hourly time slots cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic, weather and multi-site scheduling.

For time-sensitive installs, discuss staging or early-run allocation when booking.

Before delivery:

• Old turf and debris must be removed
• Final soil levelling must be complete
• Irrigation (if applicable) installed and pressure tested
• Underlay or sand base compacted and level

All preparation should be completed before delivery. The site must be ready to lay turf immediately upon arrival.
