To ensure maximum effectiveness:

1. Prepare the soil by removing any weeds, debris, and ensuring it's leveled.
2. Spread the Under Lawn product evenly across the area where the new lawn will be seeded or laid. If you're seeding, mix the product with the seeds for a more even distribution.
3. Water the area thoroughly, ensuring that the water penetrates the soil to activate the super absorbent crystals.
4. For newly sodded areas, apply a light top dressing of Under Lawn and water thoroughly.
5. Monitor the lawn, especially during dry periods, and water as necessary to keep the soil moist.

1. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.
2. Wear gloves while handling and applying the fertiliser.
3. Avoid inhalation; if inhaled, move to fresh air and seek medical attention if symptoms persist.
4. If ingested, seek immediate medical attention.
5. Ensure not to over-apply, as excessive fertiliser can cause grass burn or damage. Always follow the recommended application rate.
6. After application, refrain from allowing pets or children on the treated area until it's been watered in and the area has dried.
